Nice and heavy product frame material is good and looks premium steel but 4 piece of towel hook is plastic material. Hope it will last long and sustain enough load.....just to remind to all never hang wet cloth on this plastic hook it may break up....

Needed a way to store towels and dry clothes in the bathroom without getting them wet when showering. There are lots of kids in my house do it's not appropriate to be naked looking for a dry towel outside the bathroom. A one quality product and the chrome finish is really good ,the packing was good and reached to me saflely by Amazon also the stainless screws with the plug was availabe in with the packThe detailing of the product was excellent and the most beautiest part i loved in the finish was the company had provided screw caps
I liked the sturdiness , however the quality is also seems to be good. But wud request the company to give pure SS screws aling with it instead of metal screws.
